All items returned must be in its original condition as you have received; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its tag still intact. Fairliar Singapore reserves the right to reject any items if they do not meet the conditions listed as well as to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

When returning an item, please use a trackable courier to ensure that the package can be traced. Fairliar Singapore will not be responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit and not received. Any unreceived returns will not be reimbursed.

Store credits equivalent to the value of the items returned will be issued once our team has received and verified the returned item.

Items sent back to us without first receiving a confirmation will not be accepted. Please note that any fees associated with the return of products, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs fees, and handling fees, will be borne by the customer.
